Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner, the learned Additional Government Advocate for respondent nos.1 & 2 and the learned Counsel for respondent no.3.

2. The learned Counsel for the respondent no.3 states that the application filed by the respondent no.3 under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act against the respondent nos.4 & 5 has been withdrawn and thus the order dated 2/02/2016 does not survive.

3. In that view of the matter, the learned Counsel for the petitioner has no objection for disposal of the Writ Petition.
