The Applicant seeks early hearing of Writ Petition No. 173 of 2012, which has been admitted by this Court vide Order dated 02.08.2012. The Petitioner has challenged the impugned award and Order and sought Petitioner's claim raised against the Petitioner for reinstatement and all consequential benefits. He is aged around 60 years.

2. Considering the fact that the Petition has been pending in this Court from 2012, for the reasons stated in this application, the prayer for listing the matter for early hearing can be granted. 10th October, 2023
