Te petitioner has sought following prayer:

(a) To issue a writ of mandamus or a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, commanding the Respondents take action as contemplated in terms of law against the illegalities in the property bearing Survey No.15/1 of Xeldem Village, and restore the land to its original state including action as contemplated in law for the allotment of the same to agricultural use in terms as contemplated under the Agricultural Tenancy Act. 2.

Te petitioner has joined the Government Authorities as party respondents. All that we have before us as annexure to this petition are revenue extract and petitioner's representations. Tese are representations made to the Governor, Chief Minister, Chief Secretory, this High Court and Collector, which refer to earlier representation. We note that the Collector of South Goa has issued memorandum to 13th July 2023

Since this action is already taken by the Deputy Collector, we dispose of the Writ Petition directing the Deputy Collector to take initiation made by the Deputy Collector himself in September,2022 to its logical end after following due procedure and giving opportunity to all the concerned, if so required in law.
