Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that in view of the subsequent events, he may be permitted to withdraw the PIL Writ Petition keeping liberty of the petitioners open to file appropriate proceedings including the suit for redresssal of their grievances.

2. The request is reasonable. Keeping all the contentions open, PIL Writ Petition is allowed to be withdrawn with the liberty to adopt appropriate proceedings for redressal of the grievances raised in this petition including a suit.

3. It is made clear that we have not dealt with the merits of any of the 4th October, 2024

PILWP 28 of 2024 contentions raised by the petitioners.

4. The PIL Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty. No costs.
