2. This is an application for condonation of delay caused for filing the appeal against the judgment and order passed by the Special Judge, Mapusa Goa dated 10.09.2014 by which the respondent is acquitted.
3. According to Mr. Vaz, learned counsel appearing for the applicant that there is only delay of 13 days in filing the appeal. However, it is wrongly mentioned in the petition as 193 days. The learned counsel further submits that the delay is caused due to the administrative reasons.

4. I have gone through the grounds stated in the application for condonation of delay more particularly in para 7, wherein the applicant has reasonably explained the delay. Hence, the delay caused for filing the appeal is condoned.
