Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

2. The petitioner nos. 1 to 4 and respondent nos. 5 and 6 have placed the Consent Terms which are taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. The Consent Terms are duly signed by the petitioner no.1, through her power of attorney viz the petitioner no.2. The petitioner no.2, petitioner no.3 and petitioner no. 4 have also signed the Consent Terms. Petitioner nos. 2, 3 and 4 are personally present in the Court. They are identified by the Advocate representing them.

3. The Consent Terms are also signed by respondent no.5 on behalf 27th August, 2024

WP 442 of 2024 of respondent no.6, since he is the minor respondent. Respondent no.5 is the legal guardian, mother, of respondent no.6. The respondent no.5 is identified by learned Counsel appearing for the respondent no.5.

4. It is made clear that the petition is disposed of on the basis of the Consent Terms which are duly signed by the petitioner nos. 1 to 4 and respondent nos. 5 to 6.

5. Learned Additional Government Advocate submitted that the amount which is mentioned in paragraph 8 may vary depending upon the calculations arrived at as on the date of the disbursement. The amount be disbursed according to the proportion specified in terms of settlement.

6. Needless to mention, that in paragraph 4 it is specifically agreed that the monthly pension would be payable exclusively to Mrs. Vinodini Vinod Talavnekar-respondent no.5 and her minor son Master Virat Vinod Talawnekar-respondent no.6. It is also recorded that no claim whatsoever in this regard will be raised by the petitioners.

7. The petition is disposed of in terms of the consent settlement terms which are placed on record and marked 'X' for identification. No costs.
