1. The main contention raised in the petition is that the Director of Education has recognized Respondent Nos. 4 to 15 as being the office bearers in control of the society, the Keri Terekhol Area Development, Welfare, and Education Society. The Petitioners named as the real office bearers of the society submit that they have raised a dispute/representation before the Inspector General of Societies under Section 20A of the Societies Registration Act vide communication dated 12.01.2023 (page 68 of the petition), 20.02.2023 (page 72 of the petition) and 10.05.2024 which is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.

2. Mr. Priolkar, learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for the Authority, submits that the Inspector General of Societies would issue a notice to the concerned Respondent and decide the representation/dispute as to who would have the right to represent the society within a period of four months from today.

3. This statement is accepted. Considering that the dispute would be decided by the Inspector General of Societies, this Petition accordingly stands disposed of.
