Heard Shri R.G. Ramani, the learned Counsel for the applicant.

2. Although this application is styled as one for intervention it is submitted that the application is for bringing the legal representatives of the sole appellant on record. The sole appellant died on 29/01/2015 and this application is filed on 11/03/2015 and, as such, is within time. In para 3 of the application in all 6 legal representatives of the appellant are named out of which only Shri Krishnakumar G. Agrawal is the applicant herein. It is submitted that in such circumstances, the applicant Shri Krishnakumar G. Agrawal be allowed to be substituted as appellant in the place of the deceased appellant and the other legal representatives as mentioned in para 3 may be arrayed as respondents.

3. In such circumstances, the application is allowed. The name of Shri Krishnakumar G. Agrawal is allowed to be brought on record as legal representative of the deceased appellant. The rest of the legal representatives as named in para 3 of the application be arrayed as respondents.
