Ms. Fernandes, learned Counsel for the Petitioners, pointed out that this Petition was filed to challenge the Order by which a witness was permitted to be recalled. She fairly pointed out that after this Petition was instituted, the witness was already recalled and has been examined. Therefore, she submits that the reliefs in this Petition have been rendered infructuous. Ms. Fernandes places on record a formal application seeking leave to withdraw this Petition. 2. Accordingly, leave is granted to withdraw this Petition. The same is disposed of as withdrawn.
