Heard Mr.J. Godinho, learned Counsel for the applicant and Mr. A. Prabhudessai, learned Additional Government Advocate for the respondents no.1, 3 to 6.

2. It is pointed out by Mr. J. Godinho, learned Counsel for the applicant that the application for temporary injunction has been rejected on 21/03/2017 and the applicant had not been supplied with a copy of such order to enable the applicant to prefer an appeal before the Appellate Court. The learned Counsel further submits that great prejudice would accrue to the applicant in case based on the such order intended to be challenged by the applicant, the respondents take action of demolition of the subject structure. In the peculiar facts and circumstances of the

MCA/257/2017 case, the action, if any, contemplated shall be deferred by one week only from today.

3. The learned Judge is requested to deliver the certified copy of the order, if not issued, expeditiously of the impugned order passed on 21st March,2017.
