This is an application for bringing on record the legal representatives of the deceased respondent no.1.

2. On 07.03.2019, notice was issued to the proposed legal representatives. The application was wrongly shown as disposed off which order shall stand corrected. The proposed legal representatives are shown to be served. However, none appears.

3. For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed as prayed. The necessary correction in the cause title shall be carried out forthwith.
