1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. This is an application filed by the Chief Wildlife Warden seeking an extension of time by four weeks to comply with the directions set out in our order dated 05.02.2024. This application is not opposed by any of the learned counsel for the parties. Even otherwise, a sufficient cause is shown to grant an extension of four weeks. Accordingly, this application is allowed and an extension of four weeks as prayed for, is granted.

3. Mr S.S. Kantak, learned senior Advocate appearing for the seventh Respondent in the main petition states that all the ore, except about 100 tones remains to be removed from the Kalay Railway Station Stockyard. Mr Kantak states that the seventh Respondent is in the process of filing an application seeking an extension of about 3 days time to remove and transport this ore. Ms Alvares, learned counsel for the original Petitioner states that this additional time now prayed for by the seventh Respondent may be granted, so that this ore is cleared before the monsoons. Accordingly, we grant the seventh Respondent additional time of one week to clear the ore, now stacked at Kalay Railway Station Stockyard.

4. The Miscellaneous Application No. 184 of 2024 is disposed of.
