The learned Advocate General, on instructions of the Officer Mr K. Ashok Kumar, who is present in Court, states that at present the impediment in processing the application of the petitioner is submission of Conversion Sanad. He states that as soon as the Conversion Sanad is submitted by the petitioner, the application of the petitioner will be processed within four weeks thereafter.

2. We had adjourned the hearing of this Petition on various occasions so as to get a realistic and firm time schedule for

WP/381/2018 disposal of the application so as to avoid any further applications for extension or disobedience of the time limit placed by the Court. After considering this position, that time limit of four weeks has been given to us and accepting this statement, we dispose of the Writ Petition.
