2. This is an application for appointment of Guardian of the minor respondent no.8 and the minor respondent nos.14 and 15. Insofar as the respondent no.8 is concerned, the applicants are opposing the appointment of the respondent no.6, who is the father, while the appointment of respondent no.12, who is the father of the respondent nos.14 and 15 as the Guardian.

3. I have heard the learned Counsel for the applicant and the learned Counsel appearing for the respondent nos.6 and 12. The

MCA/283/2019 interests of the proposed Guardians are not adverse to that of the respondent nos.8, 14 and 15.

4. In that view of the matter, the application is allowed as prayed.
