2. This is an application for withdrawal of the amount which is deposited before this Court at the time of the filing of the First Appeal. Copy of the judgment in First Appeal No.237 of 2007 and Cross objection No.22 of 2008 is placed on record, from which it is seen that the appeal as well as cross objection were dismissed by this Court on 18.11.2014.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents has no objection for the payment of compensation to the claimants. Hence,

MCA/228/2015 the application is allowed. The Registry is directed to verify and pay the amount to the applicant as per award.
