Heard Mr. D. Pangam, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr. V. Rodrigues,learned Govt. Advocate appearing for the respondent nos.1 & 2.

3. This is an application for amendment of the above petition to inter alia incorporate subsequent events.

4. Mr. Rodrigues, learned Govt. Advocate appearing for the respondent nos.1 and 2 strongly object to the above amendment, as according to him, such averments are irrelevant to decide the above Writ Petition.

5. Be that as it may, considering that the amendment is on account of subsequent events, leave to amend the petition is granted. Amendment to be carried out within one week with copies thereof to

MCA/272/2016 the learned Counsel appearing for the respondents. Needless to state that all the contentions of the parties on merits are kept open.
