Considering the grounds urged in the application which have not been controverted by the respondent and giving weightage to the fact that the applicant has to undergo undue hardships both monetarily and otherwise, the application for transfer is allowed. The Petition no.2298/2015 pending before the Family Court at Bandra, Mumbai, is transferred to the Court of the Senior Civil Judge, Vasco alongwith the Matrimonial Petition No.71/2015.
