It is submitted that he is the younger brother of the deceased and wants to intervene and to be added as the respondent 3.

This prayer of the applicant is granted only to the extent that he can assist the prosecution.

The counsel for the applicant in main application has no objection. Accordingly, the application is partly allowed whereby the applicant is permitted to assist the prosecution. However, he is not entitled to address the Court or to submit his written submissions.
