Heard Shri P.Kamat, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Shri Datta Lawande, learned Advocate General for the respondents no.1 and 2.

2. This is an application filed by the applicant seeking directions to comply with order of this Court while by disposing of Writ Petition No.971/2016 by order dated 10.10.2016. The learned Advocate General has placed on record the order dated 5.4.2017 passed by the respondents on the grievances raised by the applicant. The said order is marked "X" for identification. The learned Advocate General further points out that the amount has been duly sanctioned and the applicant has to now raise a bill

MCA/283/2017 to enable the concerned Department to enable them to make the payment. In such circumstances, the application stands disposed of by permitting the applicant to raise such bill to the concerned Department complete in all respects and the respondents shall make such payment within three weeks from the date of receipt of such bill.
