By this application, the applicant seeks condonation of one day delay in filing the present application and extension of time by three months for passing an order under Section 52 of the Goa Town and Country Planning Act after hearing the petitioner. The respondents & original petitioners have no objection.

2. This Court by an order dated 24 February 2015 set aside the order dated 22 November 2013 passed by the applicant and restored the appeal to the file of the applicant to be disposed within a period of one month from 24 February 2015. For the reasons stated in the application, the applicant was unable to complete the hearing and pass an order within the time stipulated by this Court. For the reasons

MCA/335/2015 stated in the application and in the interest of justice the time to pass an order under Section 52 of the Goa Town and Country Planning Act on the appeal filed by the petitioners No.1 to 4 stands extended. Accordingly, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'A' and 'B'.
