Heard Mr. Sarvesh Kamat Malyeker, the learned Counsel appearing in person and Mr. Devidas Pangam, the learned Advocate General with Ms. Maria Correia, the learned Additional Government Advocate for the State of Goa.

2. The learned Advocate General places on record circular dated 17.03.2020, which states in no uncertain terms that examination for classes upto 8th stands cancelled.

3. Mr. Malyekar agrees that this circular redresses the grievance raised by him in this Petition.
