By this Petition, the Petitioners have made certain prayers, such as expeditious disposal of Inventory Proceedings and appointment of High Court Judges as Arbitrators to decide the Inventory Proceeding. I am not inclined to grant the prayers, as the Petitioners can approach the Court where the Inventory Proceedings are pending. If the Court hearing the Inventory Proceedings has no other time-bound commitment or earlier proceedings to dispose of, the Civil Judge concerned may consider the prayer for expeditious disposal.
