2. The learned Additional Government Advocate submits on instructions that the relief as prayed in terms of prayer clause (a) and (c) could be granted in the petitioner's favour.

In view thereof, directions issued to the Additional Director of Panchayats to dispose off the appeal within three months from today and similarly directions issued to the Deputy Collector to dispose off the conversion proceedings within four months from today. The District Court too is directed to dispose off the Civil

WP/520/2018 Suit No.48/2017 as expeditiously as possible and within a year from the date of communication of this order.

4. Shri Rodrigues, learned Counsel for the petitioner does not press for any other reliefs.
