2. For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. The Respondent Nos.1, 2 and 3 (a)(iii) shall be served through affixation of the notice on the door of the other Respondents at the address stated in the application, which the Appellants claimed is the last known registered address.

3. Issue a fresh notice to Respondent Nos. 3(a)(i), 3(a) (ii) and 3 (a)(iv) at the fresh address given by the Appellant in paragraph No.7 of the application. All these notices shall be made returnable on 26.09.2025.

4. Application stands disposed of.
