This is an application for withdrawal of the amount of compensation awarded by the learned Tribunal. Other side has no objection, subject to certain conditions.

The application is allowed.

Registry to pay the amount of compensation to the claimants as per the award on the condition that the applicant should give an undertaking that in case the appeal is allowed, they will refund the amount to the respondents.

Application is disposed of accordingly.
