Heard learned Counsel for the parties. The Registry to permit Poonam Pandharikant Sawant, the applicant no.1(a), to withdraw fifty percent of the deposited amount by giving an undertaking that she will bring back this amount to the Court, in case the final orders in the appeal require her to do so along with interest as may be indicated.

Andreza -22. Insofar as the balance fifty person of the amount is concerned, the Registry to invest the said amount in a Nationalised Bank, if the same is not already invested.

Besides, the First Appeal is now to be placed for final disposal on 07.07.2021. The matter will be taken up for final disposal soon after the admission board concludes.
