1. This is an application for amendment of the memo of appeal to add a paragraph and to also amend the cause title so as to reflect the change in name of the Appellant and the capacity in which it is filing this appeal. The amendment has been necessitated due to change in law i.e. to say the repeal of the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 and the coming into force of the Major Port Authorities Act, 2021 under which the Appellant has been now restituted/incorporated.

2. The amendment being necessary for completing the description of the Appellant, the application is allowed. The Appellants to carry out the necessary amendment during the course of the day. Amended copy 20th October, 2023

MCA 359 of 2023 of the appeal memo to be served on the Respondents. Add the Second Appeal No.78/2013 to the Final Hearing Board of the week of 04.12.2023.
