Mr. J. E. Coelho Pereira, learned Senior Advocate for the applicants states that applicants are not pressing this MCA. Statement is accepted. MCA is disposed of as not pressed with no order as to costs.

2. As and way of last indulgence, respondent nos.1 to 3 are granted three weeks time to file affidavit in reply with copy to be served on petitioner's Advocate simultaneously. It is made clear that no further time will be granted.

3. Rejoinder, if any, to be filed within two weeks from the date

MCA/831/2018 of service of copy of reply with copy to the be served on the Respondent nos.1 to 3 Advocate. If the other respondents also desire to file reply, they shall file the same within three weeks with copy to be served on the Petitioners' Advocate simultaneously.

4. Rejoinder, if any, in respect of those respondents to be filed within two weeks from the date of service of reply with copy to be served upon the respondents' Advocate.

5. Since hearing is already expedited by this Court, this matter be placed on board for directions on 4.6.2019 for fixing peremptory date of hearing.
