Misc. Civil Application No.465/2023 seeks to bring on record the legal representatives of deceased respondent no.1 after considerable delay. Similarly, Misc. Civil Application No.1038/2022 (F) seeks to bring on record the legal representatives of the very same respondent, who has filed Cross Objections No.14/2013 in First Appeal No.89/2012. 2.

Sufficient cause is shown in both the applications. In any case, the learned counsel do not oppose each others' application. 3.

Accordingly, both the applications are allowed and leave is granted to bring on record the legal representatives of deceased respondent no.1. Necessary amendment to be carried out within three weeks from today.

Mr Rehan Abbasi states that he will appear for the legal representatives of deceased respondent no.1 in First Appeal No.89/2012 and for the legal representatives of the cross objector in Cross Objections No.14/2013.

Both the misc. civil applications are disposed of by waiving office objections if any.
