WP 309 of 2024 The learned counsel for the Petitioner on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the Writ Petition and Civil Application No.1282 of 2024 (F).

2. The Petitioner is present in the Court and stated that he has instructed the learned counsel to withdraw the writ petition and the civil application.

3. The learned counsel for the Intervenor in the Intervention Application bearing Misc. Civil Application No.1245 of 2024 (F) submits that he has an objection to such withdrawal. It is open for the Intervenor to seek appropriate remedies if he has any grievances as regards the false statements being made in the petition which shall be obviously dealt with in accordance with law.

4. The Writ Petition and Civil Application No.1282 of 2024 (F) stand disposed of as withdrawn. Misc. Civil Application No.1245 of 2024 (F) is disposed of. No costs.

5. The interim order dated 14.05.2024 in Civil Application No.1282 of 2024 (F) stands vacated.
