Heard Mr. Joshi, the learned Counsel for the petitioners, Mr. Agni, the learned Counsel for the respondent nos. 1 and 2 and Ms. Bhobe, the learned Counsel for the respondent no. 3.

2. Mr. Joshi, the learned Counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the Writ Petition with a request that the proceedings in the suit may be expedited. The learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents have no objection for the same.

3. In such circumstances, the petition is disposed of as withdrawn. The learned trial Court shall decide the suit as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of six months from today.
