It is clarified that the interim bail granted on 17.06.2025, based on certain conditions, including the condition that the Applicant should report to the Investigating Officer which has not been complied with; consequently the order dated 17.06.2025 granting interim bail stands cancelled/ recalled, since the Applicant had breached the condition therein and not reported to the Investigating Officer in compliance of the order.
