Mr Nigel da Costa Frias, learned Counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to file a fresh petition. Learned Counsel points out that some of the forest issues raised would have to be agitated before the National Green Tribunal. He therefore submits that it would be appropriate if leave is granted to withdraw this petition with liberty to file appropriate proceedings before the appropriate forum.
