Mr Karpe, learned counsel representing respondent no.1 has placed before us a panchanama executed on 28.4.2025. The panchanama records that since a plywood partition was installed at the opening of the garage, the site inspection was ordered and found that the plywood portion was already removed by the respondent and the opening in the garage shop from inside of the flat was closed with the plywood. Panchanama is taken on record and marked "X" for identification.

The panchanama also contains photos, which make it clear that the garage portion of the house, which was being used as a bedroom, is now being restored to its original state. Accepting the panchanama on record, with a clear direction to respondent no.2 not to cover the 28th April, 2025

WP 151 of 2025 garage or put it to use for residential purposes, the proceedings in the petition stand disposed of.

2. It is also made clear that upon any grievance being raised by the petitioner in this regard before the Corporation of the City of Panaji, appropriate action shall be initiated forthwith. NIVEDITA P. MEHTA, J.
