Te complaint in the petition is that the Village Panchayat of Socorro is not attending to the petitioner's complaints concerning some illegal constructions or illegal gadas. Te petition seeks a direction to respondent no.2 to dispose of petitioner's complaints dated 02.08.2021 and 27.09.2021 as expeditiously as possible.

Considering the grievance made, we direct the second respondent i.e. Village Panchayat of Socorro to dispose of 11th OCTOBER 2023

8-WP-633-23.DOC petitioner's complaints dated 02.08.2021 and 27.09.2021 as expeditiously as possible and in any case within three months from the date of an authenticated copy of this order being placed before the Panchayat. Te Panchayat must, if it proposes to make any adverse orders, comply with the principles of natural justice and fair play. Te complaints must be disposed of on their own merits and in accordance with law because we have not examined the allegations in the complaints.

All contentions of all parties are left open for examination by the second respondent - Panchayat.

Tis petition is disposed of by issuing the above directions. Tere shall be no order for costs.
