2. This is an application for appointment of the respondent no.22 of the minor respondent no.24 and of the respondent no.33 as the Guardians of the respondent no.37.

3. I have heard the learned Counsel for the applicant and the learned Counsel for the respondent nos.22 and 33. The interest of the proposed Guardian is not only adverse to that of the minor respondents.
