2. This is an application to extend the order of status quo with regard to the construction in dispute granted by this Court while disposing of Writ Petition No.92 of 2007 by judgment dated 04.12.2014. It is pointed out by Mr. Usgaonkar, learned counsel

MCA/233/2015 appearing for the applicants that Second Appellate Authority has not yet been constituted.

3. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the order of status quo granted by this Court by judgment dated 04.12.2014 only with regard to the construction in dispute in the said Writ Petition stands extended by four weeks.

4. The application stands disposed of accordingly.
