Mr. P. Dangui, learned Addl. Govt. Advocate submits that an application was filed for extension of time to comply with the directions issued by this Court in the order dated 22.9.2015, which came to be allowed by an order dated 30.3.2016 and time has been extended by two weeks.

2. Mr. Dangui, learned Addl. Govt. Advocate, as such points out that subject decision shall be taken within the time permitted by this Court.

3. In view of the said order and statement of the learned Addl. Govt. Advocate, we find that at this stage nothing survives in the above Petition. But, however, the respondents shall file compliance report of the decision taken in terms thereof.
