Mr D Lawande makes a statement that the Respondents will grant a hearing to the Petitioners in regard to the allotment of the ten commercial plots. The Respondent has given the Petitioners a notice of hearing. The hearing is fixed on 27th October 2017. 2.

In this view of the matter, Mr Bhobe agrees that the Petition can be disposed off. He seeks leave, on instructions, to withdraw the Petition with liberty to approach the Court after the Respondents take a decision.
