Heard Mr. P. Lotlikar, learned counsel for the Petitioner. 2.

In the peculiar facts of the present case and considering the nature of the order that we propose to make, no notice is necessary to Respondent Nos. 2 and 3.

In an appropriate case, we would like to go into the issue of Panchayats not taking cognizance of the complaints and even the Authorities under the Panchayat Raj Act like the Deputy Director and the Director not affording sufficient reliefs to such complainants. However, in the present case, we dispose of this petition by directing the Village Panchayat of Guirim to dispose of the Petitioner's complaint dated 08.02.2022 on its own merits and in accord with law. The Panchayat, will have to comply with the principles of natural 4th October 2022

6-WP 157-22.DOC justice and fair play, if any adverse order is proposed to be made against the Respondent Nos. 2 and 3.
