There is no dispute as regards the entitlement of the Petitioner for claiming benefits under the orders dated 30 July 2014 and 27 June 2011 in respect of the outstanding retirement benefits accrued to him, however, the amount has not yet been paid.

2. In the circumstances, we dispose of the Petition with direction to the Respondents to extend the benefits to the Petitioner and make actual payment as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two months from today and it is accordingly directed.
