2. Mr. Rodrigues, learned Counsel for the respondents has opposed the application for restoration. Writ Petition No. 452/2010 was dismissed for default by order dated 24/07/2013.

3. In view of the reasons stated in the application and in the interest of justice, the said order dated 24/07/2013 is quashed and set aside and Writ Petition No. 452/2010 stands restored to the file.
