Heard the learned counsel for the Applicant.
2. Perused the averments made in the Misc. Civil Application. The Applicant has moved an application for seeking an order of service against the Respondent No.4 by publication of notice in daily news paper under Order V Rule 20(1A) of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908.
3. For the reasons recorded in the Misc. Civil Application, the application is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (b). Notice shall be published in the news paper prescribed in the
MCA/313/2019 prayer clause (b) within four weeks from today and shall file an affidavit of service before this Court. Place the petition on board after the service is complete.
4. The Misc. Civil Application is disposed of on the aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
