2. This is an application for condonation of delay of 21 days in filing an appeal against the judgment and award passed by the learned Ad-Hoc District Judge-1, FTC, Mapusa Goa.

3. According to the applicant, the delay is caused for filing an appeal due to the procedure to be followed by the applicant, more particularly for the reasons stated in the application at para 2. The delay is properly explained. Hence, the delay is condoned.
