1. Ms. C. Collasso submits that though a fresh application is filed before the trial Court, the same is not registered since there is no direction from this Court.

2. Since the matter is regarding the return of Indian currency notes which were in cash while conducting the raid on the Applicant and subsequently the same currency notes became invalid in view of the Notification issued by the Central Government / RBI (demonetization). The learned trial Court shall accept the application filed afresh and decide it in accordance with law. 19th November, 2024

3. In view of the above observations, the petition stands disposed of.

4. It is made clear that this Court has not gone into the merits of the matter. All contentions of the parties are kept open. BHARAT P. DESHPANDE, J.
