There is a delay of 48 days in instituting the appeal. The delay has been sufficiently explained. The applicant is entitled to the benefit of the order made by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of th August 2022

Therefore, considering the above aspects, the delay is condoned subject to payment of 5,000/- by way of costs payable ₹ to the claimants. The costs should be paid/deposited on or before th August 2022, without fail and without seeking any extension of time. Further, if the costs are not paid by 24th August, then this application shall be deemed to be dismissed.
