The appeal against order challenging the refusal of temporary injunction from disconnection of water supply has already been admitted. By this Civil Application an injunction restraining the respondents from disconnecting the water supply is sought for.

2. Shri M. Salkar, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submits that as of today the water supply is not disconnected and is subsisting. In that view of the matter, Shri G. Agni, the learned Counsel for the applicant, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the Civil Application with liberty to approach again, if necessary.
