ORDER

The parties have settled all the four appeals under lumpsum

amount of Rs. 11,50,000/- (Eleven Lakh Fifty Thousand Only) apart from the amount already received by the Respondents. The Respondents therefore be paid a lumpsum of Rs. 11,50,000/- (Eleven Lakh Fifty Thousand Only) for total settlement of all the four appeals. The balance amount alongwith accrued interest be refunded to the appellants. The office to act on this order without insisting on any application from the parties or Advocate.

In view of the above, all the First Appeals are settled in terms of the said consent terms.
