By consent of the parties, the petitions are disposed of in the following terms :

(i) The custody of the child shall continue with the father, subject to visitation rights to the mother as agreed in the Minutes of Order dated 25/04/2017.

(ii) The respondent (in W.P.No.56/2017) shall continue to pay Rs.7,000/- per month as interim maintenance to the petitioner/ wife, during the pendency of the proceedings

before the learned Magistrate.

(iii) This shall be without prejudice to the rival contentions of the parties.

(iv) The learned Magistrate shall decide the Main Application as expeditiously as possible and preferably, within three months from the date of receipt of this order. (v) Parties to co-operate for early disposal of the petition. C. V. BHADANG, J.
