2. This is an application for appointment of arbitrator as the earlier arbitrator Justice G. D. Kamat, Retired Chief Justice has expired. By consent, Justice R.M.S. Khandeparkar, Retired Judge of this Court is appointed as a sole arbitrator. Hence I pass the following:

MCA/261/2015 O R D E R (i) Justice R. M. S. Khandeparkar, Retired Judge of this Court is appointed as a sole arbitrator to decide the dispute between the parties in place of the earlier arbitrator Justice G. D. Kamat, Retired Chief Justice.
